Site Visit Reduction of potential corruption for visitors is another benefit of the system. The system reduces the possibility with automatic and random assignment of visitors for each site visit and also selection of visitors depending on request type and visitors expertise which guarantees more precise and more complete data collection as a result. Also the priority of visiting is in base of request submission date in the system. The system assigns a job list to each visitor that can be printed and give information of scheduled visits for each day. The result of visits also will be entered by visitors at the end of the day or transferred using the VMTs. Managers also can monitor visitors’ activities and compare them together and find an understanding about staff performance. Complete data collection for properties is another result of having only one file which will cover the need of all departments. It helps structured data collection and prevents the need for several data collection for different purposes in process of each request in all municipality departments. Sharing data collected in visits by one department among different units in which all necessities has been considered, let other departments to release staff that has been assigned for site visiting.
