Monitoring System for Citizens' Request Status Since follow up process in previous organization, required physical presence of citizens, they also needed to come in person for finding out about latest status of their request. In new system, because of automatic delivery of jobs between different departments, people don’t need to come to municipalities for being informed about their request status. Today it is done through SMS, e-mail or direct Internet check. It reduces the need for referral to municipalities.
