Urban Planning Management

There are some common problems in "Urban Planning" departments in many municipalities. Most of them are problem in organization. we can classify the problems in following major categories:

• No organizational chart and no clear definition of staff job descriptions. (different tasks for same position in many district municipalities in one city can be seen)
• Different workflows for one task in different district municipalities
• Difference in "Quotation Forms" from different offices
• Scattered Archives
• Parallel jobs in renovation, businesses and urban planning departments
• No clearance in parameters for computing taxes, renovations and facility assigments
• No possibility to have supervision on activities done in different departments
• Dissatisfaction  of citizens
• No  statistical and management reports available
• No clear image from activities in district municipalities to be sent to central municipality
