There are some common problems with legacy archiving systems that we try to solve them for reaching an efficient archiving system. Some of them are as follows:
- Lack of efficiency in archives and in accessibility of histories
- Different data in periodical data collections, which leads to data inconsistency. This issue includes both maps and data fields of properties
- Difficulty in accessing a clear status of a property because of repeating and non-matching information in different departments
This is one of the main goals in long run for implementing integrated systems for all governmental bodies. Safa Rayaneh will collect similar information created and used in different municipality departments and make a unique digital file that contains all data. This activity will bring following benefits which would help for system integration in next steps.
