Bhd., is a company that was incorporated in February 1999 and is a wholly owned subsidiary of Multimedia Development Corporation Sdn Bhd (hereinafter called "MDec").The MDec was set up in June 1996 and was entrusted by the Malaysia Government to spearhead and oversee the development & implementation of the Multimedia Super Corridor (MSC).
